All PUP-related inquiries must be directed to the
PUP SINTA Portal, a convenient one-stop-platform for your concerns, complaints, and commendation. In this portal, you may browse for
Knowledge articles,
talk to SINTA, or
send an inquiry.
You
may want to check first the University’s Knowledge Articles to help you
with your queries. Just type any keyword related to your concern on the
search bar to see all related articles. You may also click the Knowledge button to see the full list of articles.
How to access the PUP SINTA Portal?
via PUP Website:
- Go to PUP Website via www.pup.edu.ph
- Click View Homepage.
- Click the PUP SINTA icon or scroll down, look for Online Services and click the PUP SINTA link.
via PUP (Official) Facebook Page:
- Visit the PUP (Official) Facebook Page.
- Click Contact us.
To
use the full functionality of PUP SINTA like the Chatbot, creation of
inquiry, and requesting a service, clients must be logged in first into
the portal.
How to sign-up for an account:
- Click the Signup button at the upper right corner of the window.
- Input Full Name, Email Address and CAPTCHA
- Click Signup
- After
signing up, a pop-up message should appear in the upper right corner of
the window, stating that you have successfully registered. The system
will send a verification link in the email you used to register in the
Signup page. - Click the activation link.
- For first-time login, you will need to reset your password. Please input your new password.
- Confirm password and click Submit.
- After successfully resetting your password, you may now login to your account.
In the landing page, unregistered clients can still browse for the Knowledge base articles and see University announcements.
If you already have an existing account, click Login.
