This training would give the trainees an orientation and also updates on the principles and practices of Public Procurement as well as the best practice that is relevant in this field or task.

Specifically, the training aims to:

1. Orient the trainees on the principles of public procurement as well as the history of Philippine Procurement Law, and the Legal Mechanism

2. provide a simulation of procurement planning, preparation of Philippine Bidding Documents, and analysis of contract management and administration of goods.
