1. TUR 353 Specialized Food and Beverage Service Operations is a lecture/laboratory subject. The Instru tional material includes lectures and demonstration which aims to develop competencies that each student must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.
2. In the module you are required to go through a series of learning activities in order to complete each learning outcome. Perform the tasks required until you are confident that your output conforms to the assessment criteria.
3. Assessment methods for each competency include:

d. Role plays
4. Answer the questions diligently and submit the answered sheets. Use separate sheets for the answers if necessary.
5. Submit videos as evidence for the performance of the assigned tasks.
6. MIDTERM period will cover Chapters 1,2 and 3 while Chapters 4,5,6,7 will be included in the finals. Class standing will be based on the self -assessment questions and required activities and the major exams will be based on the role play activities.
