[Focus] This course focuses on the principles and strategic applications of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in promoting education and sustainable development. It examines how educational institutions, businesses, government agencies, and communities can collaborate through CSR initiatives to foster ethical leadership, stakeholder engagement, social innovation, and the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
[Output] By the end of the course, students are expected to develop CSR-based strategies, communication plans, and project proposals that address educational and societal needs. These outputs demonstrate their ability to design ethical, sustainable, and socially responsive initiatives for education and community development.
[Modality] The course is delivered through the Open Distance and eLearning (ODeL) modality using a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning. Students participate in interactive online sessions while completing self-paced learning activities, discussions, and project-based tasks through the University's learning management system.[Focus] This course examines the principles and practices of governance and sustainable development, emphasizing transparency, accountability, participation, and the role of communication in advancing sustainable development goals (SDGs), public policy, and stakeholder engagement.
