The team Sports Volleyball presents integrated information in team sports. It was arranged in a logical order to enable the students to follow the conventional method of learning Volleyball. The course provides a theoretical and practical approach to learning Volleyball in a logical progression with an integration of the basic skills. Team sports like volleyball provide a break from the routine or monotonous way of life of the students. It refers to the time spent in an activity one loves to do. Team sports give enjoyment to a student and provide relaxation to both mind and body. When a student indulges in active recreation like team sports he develops his social life and is inspired to do the activity regularly. Team sports bring people together and put life into their leisure. It becomes an important part of their lives. The students have become conscious of a lifestyle that is geared towards health and wellness, through skills training, exercise drills, game play and independent or self-directed PAs, fitness levels will be enhanced. In conjunction with this fitness level, PA participation and dietary / eating patterns are evaluated to monitor one’s progress and achievement of personal fitness and dietary goals.
